Position Summary

The National Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with key multi-location and national clients across the window cleaning division. This role focuses on driving revenue growth within existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand services across client portfolios. The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship manager who can navigate complex organizations, coordinate across multiple locations, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of national and regional accounts, driving revenue through new business development, account expansion, and cross-selling of services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate decision-makers, property managers, and facility leadership
  • Identify and develop opportunities to increase share of wallet across client portfolios and geographic locations
  • Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction across all sites
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewal strategies for national accounts
  • Monitor account performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing issues and identifying improvements
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Track account activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to support onboarding of new locations and expansion opportunities
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic business reviews
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or national account management
  • Proven track record of managing and growing multi-location or national accounts
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with commercial clients such as property managers, REITs, facility management groups, or national brands
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions and client locations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships
Preferred Background
  • Experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, maintenance, or related industries
