Power Washing Exterior Cleaning Technician Virginia Warehouse

Rolling Suds Alexandria-Arlington

Alexandria, VA

Full-time

Job description

Benefits:
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Free uniforms

We need reliable exterior cleaning technicians who can run solo routes and deliver quality work independently. You'll operate your own truck across Northern Virginia, handle most jobs solo, and have helper support for large commercial projects and high-volume work.
This isn't a helper position. You'll work independently on residential and standard commercial jobs, manage your own equipment, interact directly with customers, and be accountable for your results. On bigger projects (parking garages, shopping centers, multi-building sites), you'll have apprentice support.
What you'll do:

  • Run residential and commercial cleaning jobs across Northern Virginia (90% solo work)
  • Lead larger commercial projects with apprentice support
  • Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment
  • Handle customer interactions and secure 5-star reviews
  • Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment standards
  • Follow our quality control system (daily photo documentation)
  • Report to Regional Operations Lead
Schedule:

  • Active season: March - November
  • 40 hours/week
  • Winter work available for top performers

Requirements
Must Have:

  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Comfortable driving box trucks
  • Not afraid of heights (we do multi-story buildings and lift work)
  • Customer service skills (you'll interact directly with homeowners and property managers)
  • Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Able to obtain DOT medical card
  • Pass background check
Preferred:

  • Pressure washing/soft washing experience is a plus
You'll thrive here if:

  • You take pride in quality work and hate callbacks
  • You're comfortable asking satisfied customers for reviews
  • You keep a clean, organized truck because it matters to you
  • You want to earn based on performance, not just show up for hours
  • You can manage your time and complete routes efficiently
  • You can direct helper support on large commercial jobs

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $25 - $30/hour based on experience (40 hours/week). Weekly Pay!

Performance Bonuses:

  • Weekly bonuses for cleanliness and job quality (90% of our employees earn this weekly)
  • Weekly bonus for every 5-star review
  • Tips from satisfied customers
Top performers earn $55,000 - $70,000+ during our 9-month active season.
What We Provide
  • Fully equipped truck (pressure washer, soft wash system, hoses, chemicals)
  • Helper/apprentice support for large commercial projects
  • All fuel and materials
  • Scheduled routes across Northern Virginia
  • Customer base (you're not finding your own work)
  • Full training on our systems and standards
  • Clear path to higher earnings through performance
