Job Overview

Windigo Logistics is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver Clerk to join our Denver distribution center. This position manages the accurate flow of products and materials through the warehouse and plays an important role in inventory control and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay and Schedule
  • Day shift: $24.00 per hour
  • Night shift: $25.00 per hour
  • Full-time schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Candidates must be flexible and available to work the assigned day or night schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Primary Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
  • Report shipment issues promptly to management
  • Verify, organize, and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
  • Use an RF scanner to track inventory and update records
  • Pick and pack orders accurately to support timely customer deliveries
  • Operate a forklift to move products and materials while following all safety procedures
  • Process returns and exchanges accurately and professionally
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient inventory and storage areas
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and supervisors to support daily operations
  • Meet accuracy, productivity, safety, and customer-service expectations
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with order picking, packing, inventory control, and order fulfillment
  • Ability to use an RF scanner
  • Forklift experience is preferred
  • Basic math and recordkeeping skills
  • Knowledge of distribution center or e-commerce operations is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability to work an assigned day or night schedule
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks
  • Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position throughout a 10-hour shift
