Full Case Selector – Warehouse Associate

Join Our Team!

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Full Case Selector to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will accurately select, stack, and prepare full-case orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting and take pride in accuracy and productivity, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Select full-case products using an RF scanner.
  • Build stable, accurate pallets for customer orders.
  • Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
  • Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
