Job description

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
  • Monday - Friday 2:00p - 10:30p
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Ability to read and follow pick sheets and pick products efficiently and accurately.
  • Required to fill picking bins when emptying a bin.
  • Accurately enter inventory movement into the computerized inventory system.
  • Learn and be able to stack pallets appropriately.
  • Learn and follow shipping guidelines and FIFO (First In First Out) as well as the dock loc and light systems.
  • Operate various electric reach forklifts and pallets wrappers and learn how they operate. Shall be able to perform simple maintenance on forklifts as well.
  • Responsible for assuring customers are getting quality product, which includes the packaging of the product.
  • Mark all pallets for customers in a clear manner.
  • Learn and utilize proper procedures for stocking product (dates, temperatures, rotation, etc.).
  • Assist with keeping an organized work environment.
  • Report any and all accidents, incidents, or concerns to the Supervisor immediately.
  • Attend all team meetings and company meetings and be a contributing partner to the team.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to produce safe, quality and legal products.
  • Normal work week hours is 40 hours per week, however it may be necessary to work overtime on a daily and/or weekly basis.

  • Remove garbage from freezer/loading area as well as keep area clean.
  • Assist freezer/loading dock as necessary.
