Job description

We are seeking experienced Freezer Order Selectors / Rider Electric Pallet Jack Operators to work in a high-volume cold storage warehouse environment. This position requires candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and experienced working in physically demanding freezer warehouse operations.

This is an ongoing work assignment with the potential for a union offer after 6 months based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
5:00 PM or 7:00 PM Start Time
Friday/Saturday Overtime as Needed

Pay:
$19.00 per hour
90-Day Performance Bonus Program
Bonus eligibility every 30 days during the first 90 days based on attendance, performance, and productivity

Responsibilities
• Accurately pick and select customer orders in a fast-paced freezer warehouse
• Operate a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ/Rider Jack) safely and efficiently
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Ability to maintain picking productivity of approximately 200–300 cases per hour
• Work safely in freezer/cold storage temperatures throughout the shift
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of freezer/cold storage warehouse experience required
• Minimum 3 years of ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ/Rider Jack) experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to pass Electric Pallet Jack skills testing required
• Ability to maintain picking productivity of approximately 200–300 cases per hour required
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic
• Stable work history preferred
• Must be comfortable working in extreme cold temperatures for the duration of the shift

Mandatory PPE
• Steel toe boots required

Physical Requirements
The following physical requirements are job-related and consistent with business necessity:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in freezer temperatures using provided protective gear

This is a physically demanding warehouse role. Candidates must be dependable, able to work overtime as needed, and comfortable working in a freezer environment for the full shift.
