We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee our satellite warehouse operations, situated next to our main warehouse. In this role, you'll lead a team of four associates responsible for receiving inbound inventory, picking customer orders, and shipping products safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll spend your time on the warehouse floor working side by side with your team, as well as coaching employees, coordinating workflow, solving problems, and ensuring daily goals are met while maintaining our high standards for safety, quality, and customer service.

What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of four warehouse associates responsible for receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping
  • Coordinate daily workflow to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and safety while providing real-time coaching and feedback
  • Track performance in metric scorecard
  • Assign work based on daily priorities and staffing needs
  • Assist with unloading, receiving, inspecting, and stocking inbound inventory
  • Support order picking, packing, and shipping operations during peak periods
  • Verify inventory accuracy and help resolve discrepancies
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety expectations
  • Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment by enforcing company policies and OSHA guidelines
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Communicate operational issues, staffing needs, and performance updates to warehouse management

Physical Requirements

  • Read shipping documents, inventory labels, and computer screens
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
