What You'll Do
As a Winder Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently:
  • Set up and operate Elsner and other winding equipment
  • Read and interpret production orders to prepare materials and machine settings
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime
  • Perform quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection
  • Maintain production flow by keeping machines running efficiently
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
