Job Description
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Coil Machine Setup Operator. This position performs setup, operates, maintains troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments to Coil Machines and equipment including Fin Press, expander press and hairpin tubing press for production.
Key Responsibilities
  • Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
  • Handle materials to and from workstation and prepare equipment for production
  • Set up and operate fin press, expander press, and hairpin tubing press
  • Determine need for tool and die care and perform required maintenance
  • Maintain quality standards and report material shortages
  • Keep workstation organized and in proper working order
  • Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience operating machinery
  • Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
