Job description

We are looking for a REROLL OPERATOR to join our Greencastle, PA plant. As a Reroll Machine Operator with Contech you will contribute to America's essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management.

About the Role
Responsibilities:
  • Operates annular roll end equipment to reform ends of HEL-COR pipe
  • Assists HEL-COR Operator in performing diameter changes, coil changes/splices, and mill re-tooling (mill change over).
  • Operates overhead crane, coil buggy or forklift to assist in coil changes.
  • Inspects rolled ends for defects and that it meets specifications.
  • When necessary, trims end of pipe using cutting torch or other metal cutting method to ensure ends are straight.
  • Helps to ensure that all finished products meet CONTECH quality standard.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Driver's License
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
  • Certification on forklift operation (preferred).
