Analyzing large consumable purchases and CAPEX to make recommendations on improved purchasing strategies

Developing and performing technical training and certifications

Performing field audits and competency development

Supporting critical job review

Improved commercial performance by

Supporting key performance indicators (KPI’s)

Reviewing and enforcing pricing and margins

Reviewing win/loss/pending tracking and analysis

Supporting job walks, quotes and bid support

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, technical school or college credits preferred

Military experience with mechanical, instrument, electrical or computer application training and experience; or two (2) years’ experience in an apprentice program in the areas listed above; or Trade School Degree in an industrially related field; or a similar Associates Degree; or three (3) or more years' experience in industrial operations or maintenance

Three (3) to six (6) years’ service line experience

Strong written and spoken communication skills

Strong computer skills, (Email, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice

Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines

Ability to work under extreme pressure, tight deadlines and constantly shifting priorities due to changes to the original schedule

Ability to manage multiple client relationships and develop win - win outcomes with customers

Experience working on, supervising or managing field projects

Demonstrated specialized technical knowledge in specific P&SL(s)/discipline

Knowledge of Safety, Quality, Financial, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements

Experience reviewing models, P&IDs, Isometrics and other engineering drawings

Travel requirement up to 50%
