Epic Willow Inventory Specialist/Senior Analyst
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team to implement Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy systems, specifically with certifications and experience in Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate with our Scripps IS team and operational partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert and builder for the implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory modules.
  • Contribute to a successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient and Clinic Inventory systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Omnicell and Swisslog BoxPicker systems with Epic to streamline pharmacy operations.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for all Willow Inpatient and Inventory-related issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy workflows and enhance patient care.

Required Qualifications:
  • Willow Inpatient Certification.
  • Willow Inpatient Inventory Certification.
  • Proven track record of successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient Inventory

Preferred Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with 340B program compliance and optimization.
  • Experience with Omnicell or Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and Epic integration.
  • Familiarity with Swisslog BoxPicker Epic integration.
  • General ledger integration
  • Inventory analytics and reporting
  • Medication Procurement Experience
  • Leadership Experience
