About the Role

We are seeking experienced LPNs to join our team for a travel contract assignment throughout Vermont.

⚠️ This is a Travel / Relocation position to Vermont. Candidates must be willing to temporarily relocate to Vermont for the duration of the contract.*

*Housing allowance available for travel contracts

LPNs in this role will provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will work closely with the nursing team to administer medications and treatments, perform resident assessments, monitor and document changes in condition, and ensure each resident’s comfort, dignity, and overall well-being while maintaining a high standard of clinical care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
  • Monitor, document and report resident health status changes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations and care standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Vermont LPN license
  • Current BLS/CPR Certificate, physical and TB test in accordance with Revv Staffing policy
  • Previous experience in nursing home, long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
  • Strong clinical, time management and communication skills are essential
  • Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate to Vermont
