Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by packaging, labeling, inspecting, and organizing materials while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work efficiently, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
  • Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packaging
  • Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment or distribution
  • Sort and organize products and materials within the work area
  • Maintain production and packaging speed while ensuring accuracy
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
  • Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties as needed
  • Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, packing, production, or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 2550 pounds as needed
  • Reliable attendance and transportation required
