Triangle Pond Management is seeking a full-time Office Support Administrator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR OFFICE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.


YOUR ROLE:

As our Office Support Administrator, you'll assist both office and field teams to uphold high customer service standards. Your tasks will include processing reports, routing maintenance jobs, preparing invoices, managing payments, supporting collections, assisting walk-in customers, updating work orders, and distributing important documents. You'll help keep the office organized and provide support for showroom and retail operations to ensure smooth daily business.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Highly organized with the ability to work within timelines and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong typing skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technology and software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
