THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Willingness to work around plants, water systems, and wildlife
  • Ability to work independently and follow recurring maintenance schedules

This is a full-time position. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

As an Entry-Level Facilities and Operations Specialist, you will arrive ready to help maintain a clean and organized office, warehouse, and outdoor environment. You will spend your time ensuring that common areas, bathrooms, and workspaces are spotless, trash is emptied, and supplies are restocked. You will organize inventory in the warehouse, assist in preparing orders, and perform routine checks and basic maintenance on fish tanks and plant bogs. Throughout the day, you will also help maintain the parking lot, grounds, fencing, and dumpster areas, conducting inventory counts and seasonal groundskeeping. As projects arise, you will assist different teams across the company on various field projects related to lake and pond management.
