Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Escrow Officer in Utah with an existing book of business to manage residential real estate escrow files from upfront processing through closing.

File opening is handled by an Upfront Order Opener, and funding is completed by a dedicated in-office Funder, allowing Escrow Officers to focus on file quality, client experience, and business development.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Sandy, Utah.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential escrow files from seller intake through closing
  • Obtain and review seller information, IDs, trust/entity/POA documents
  • Review real estate contracts for deadlines and special instructions
  • Order and track payoffs, HOA statements, and related requirements
  • Resolve title, payoff, and HOA issues proactively
  • Prepare files to be fully funding-ready prior to closing
  • Conduct professional escrow signings and real estate closings
  • Maintain accurate escrow file notes and task tracking
  • Communicate clearly with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $48,000โ€“$60,000 (based on escrow experience)
  • Commission: Additional commission based on experience and production

Required Qualifications

  • Active Escrow Officer License in the State of Utah (required)
  • Transferable book of business (required)
  • Experience with residential real estate escrow transactions
