In this role, you will lead development of the monthly CX Safety Business Review, an executive-level narrative and analytics package used by VP+ leaders across Worldwide Operations. You will convert complex datasets into clear insights that guide strategy, inform policy decisions, and improve protections for millions of associates and customers.
You will own the WHS goal-setting and performance planning process, establishing LT and director-level safety and input goals, coordinating quarterly and mid-year updates, and maintaining alignment with WW Ops priorities and long-range safety objectives. This includes defining measurable targets (e.g., RIR, MSDRIR, SIR, LTIR, VSCR) and overseeing progress using WHS Strategy mechanisms and leadership reporting tools.
You will also manage the tools and infrastructure that anchor WHS's executive document rhythm, including leadership dashboards, centralized document libraries, and standardized templates

These tools streamline development, review, and updates for mechanisms such as QBR, LDCC, OP1/OP2, SPS, and cross-functional reviews. Your work will help maintain a single source of truth, strengthen document governance, and enable efficient, predictable workflows across WHS Strategy and partner teams.
Cross-functional partnership is central to the role. You will work with Tech, Product, Operations, Finance, and WHS leadership to enhance safety insights, identify emerging risks, and produce executive-ready narratives that articulate performance, gaps, and actions required.
This position is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, structured storytelling, and organizational planning-raising the clarity, consistency, and operational discipline of safety reporting across Amazon's global network.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of Customer Experience (CX) Safety Business Review, from data intake and validation through narrative integration and publication for VP+ leadership.
Partner with WHS, CX, BI, Finance, and Operations to ensure data accuracy, metric alignment, and clear linkage to enterprise safety and input goals.
Own the WHS goal-setting and performance planning process, establishing LT and director-level goals, coordinating quarterly updates, and ensuring alignment with WW Ops priorities and long-range safety objectives.
Manage the tools and infrastructure that support WHS's executive document rhythm, including leadership dashboards, centralized document libraries, and standardized templates.
Develop and maintain SOPs and governance mechanisms that improve quality, consistency, and efficiency across CX Safety reporting, QBRs, LDCC, OP1/OP2, SPS, and cross-functional reviews.
Identify and surface emerging risks, performance patterns, and leading indicators to inform proactive actions across global operations.
Ensure alignment across monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, leadership documents, and planning cycles, maintaining a single source of truth for senior leadership.
Partner with leadership and Tech/BI teams to automate and enhance reporting workflows, improving efficiency and strengthening how CX Safety insights inform global safety mechanisms.
A day in the life
This role manages the monthly CX Safety reporting rhythm-gathering inputs, validating metrics, and translating trends into clear, leadership-ready insights

You will collaborate with WHS, CX, BI, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with LT and director performance goals. You will maintain the tools that support WHS's executive document rhythm, including dashboards, templates, and centralized SharePoint resources. Daily work includes synthesizing performance patterns, coordinating goal updates, and improving reporting workflows with analytics and tech partners.
