About the Role: Ride into a Rewarding Opportunity

As a Sales Associate/Key Holder, you'll be at the heart of the Russell's Western Wear experience, helping our customers find everything they need to live the Western lifestyle, from durable work boots to stylish hats and everything in between. You'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and fun shopping environment, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the perfect gear.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a Western Wear Expert: Guide customers through our extensive selection of boots, apparel, hats, accessories, and more, offering personalized recommendations and product knowledge that only a true enthusiast can provide.
