1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM ($18.33)
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM ($20.83)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Oven Attendant to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor industrial ovens, follow production instructions, use basic computer systems, and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet our quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with equipment, following established processes, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality.
 
What You'll Do
As an Oven Attendant, you will:
  • Operate and monitor industrial ovens safely and efficiently.
  • Follow production routers, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Use a computer to locate oven cycles and production information.
  • Select and run the correct oven programs for each job.
  • Properly load and unload ovens following established procedures.
  • Size sleeves using the appropriate methods to achieve required diameters.
  • Monitor oven cycles and make sure processing requirements are met.
  • Inspect parts after each cycle to make sure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns or equipment issues to your supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are interested in candidates who have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
 
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Bend, squat, kneel, reach, and climb as needed.
  • Frequently use hands to grasp and manipulate materials and equipment.
  • Lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds, with or without assistance.
  • Push and/or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe safety footwear.
 
Work Environment
You'll work in a clean, well-lit, air-conditioned manufacturing facility with moderate noise levels. Safety and quality are important parts of everything we do.
