At Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar, we believe great leaders are built from the floor up. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, leads by example, and is ready to grow into restaurant management. This role is designed for a strong server or hospitality leader who wants to take the next step in their career through hands-on leadership development, mentorship, and management training - while still having opportunities to work serving shifts.
What You'll Do
  • Lead shifts alongside management to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support and coach front-of-house team members during service
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Whiskey Cake standards
  • Assist with floor leadership, team communication, and problem-solving
  • Help drive team accountability, hospitality, and restaurant culture
  • Work a combination of Shift Lead and Server shifts based on business needs
  • Learn operational leadership skills with a clear path toward restaurant management

  • Several years of high-volume serving experience
