Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking an experienced Wheel Repair Specialist to join our Service team. In this role, you will apply high-quality wheel repair to customer and dealership vehicles while ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive tint professional looking to grow their career in a state-of-the-art dealership environment.

Responsibilities

  • Repair cosmetic damages to wheels such as scratches, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, etc.  using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Remove wheels, inspect and assess damages to determine appropriate repair methods.
  • Clean wheels, buff defects and prepare surfaces for repair.
  • Mix colors and finishes and carefully paint wheel surfaces as needed.
  • Inspect finished work for quality.
  • Carefully reinstall wheels per the vehicle’s specifications, ensuring proper installation and safety.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of wheel repair experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, great attitude and dependability
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
