Experienced Tire & Wheel Technician / Alignment Technician

We are seeking an experienced Tire & Wheel Technician with the ability to perform 4-wheel alignments to join our high-volume dealership service department. Our dealership has one of the largest tire businesses in the area, providing year-round work and consistent hours for motivated technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Mount, balance, and install passenger and light truck tires
  • Perform tire repairs and inspections
  • Diagnose and service TPMS systems
  • Perform 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments using computerized alignment equipment
  • Inspect suspension and steering components related to alignment concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Assist with shop organization and inventory as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Tire & Wheel Technician is required
  • Experience performing vehicle alignments is required
  • Experience operating tire mounting, balancing, and computerized alignment equipment
  • Knowledge of TPMS systems
  • Ability to inspect steering and suspension components
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
