Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls for one or more locations, as well as the administration of UKG and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.

This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you're considering relocating to Warroad, you may be eligible for a relocation benefit package to assist with your move. Highlights of your role:
  • Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles
  • Manage payroll administration tasks including:
    • Daily entries and corrections into UKG (i.e. new hires, terminations, organizational changes)
    • Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishment, bankruptcies and other federal/state documents
  • Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision
  • Compile payroll reports as needed
  • Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questions
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in payroll processing strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with UKG and WFM systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
