Job Summary:

The role involves supporting capital design teams by applying AI to engineering workflows, including the creation of reusable prompts and templates, while working closely with engineers on design tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Work side‑by‑side with engineers on active design work to demonstrate practical AI use
• Support creation of reusable prompts, templates, and bounded AI agents in consideration of engineering workflows
• Help translate successful use cases into repeatable team practices
• Track and report adoption, agent development, and quality/rework indicators
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering equivalent experience supporting engineering design deliverables accepted
• Familiarity with engineering documents and workflows in an industrial or regulated environment
• Comfortable with AI and digital productivity tools
