Interns work on real projects alongside experienced professionals in areas such as engineering, business, information technology, and more. The program is designed to help interns develop practical skills, build professional networks, and explore potential career paths within the company. Internships typically take place during the summer and may be located at various Westinghouse offices or facilities.

What types of projects and tasks can I expect to work on during a Westinghouse internship?

As a Westinghouse intern, you will typically be assigned to real-world projects that align with your field of study, such as engineering, business, or IT. Interns often work alongside experienced professionals on tasks like data analysis, process improvement, technical documentation, or assisting with ongoing research and development. The work environment is collaborative, and you'll have opportunities to attend team meetings, contribute ideas, and receive mentorship. This hands-on experience not only builds your technical skills but also helps you understand industry standards and prepares you for potential full-time roles within the company.
