If you’re the type who loves organization, enjoys solving mini-mysteries (like why was this returned?!), and takes pride in quality checks, we want to meet you! If you are looking for a Part Time Seasonal Position, we would love to meet you!
What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)
  • Receive and process inbound customer & vendor returns
  • Log RMA numbers, tracking info, item details — you know, all the fun detective work
  • Inspect products to decide if they’re re-sellable, repairable, or headed for retirement
  • Snap clear, detailed photos for claims & documentation
  • Assign skid numbers and bin locations like a warehouse wizard
  • Keep inventory counts accurate (your future self will thank you!)
  • Prep and process “Return to Stock” transfers + manage red-tag items
  • Stay on top of RMA emails and submissions
  • Repack, rebox, restack — making products warehouse-ready
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
What You Bring to the Table
  • 1–2 years of warehouse returns experience (required)
  • Confidence using inventory software / WMS systems
  • Knowledge of modern fulfillment + warehouse best practices
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely (you’re basically a superhero)
