Clinic Hours of Operation:

Monday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Thursday - 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Saturday (1st and 3rd) - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Completion of an accredited Residency Program
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
  • Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH
