We us purpose-built WellSky solutions to streamline our workflows and deliver superior care experiences.


We are seeking an organized, empathetic, and tech-savvy Scheduling Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our care schedules. You will serve as the crucial link between our clients and caregivers, matching patient care plans with staff availability. The ideal candidate has deep experience in WellSky Personal Care (formerly ClearCare) and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Schedule Management: Build, update, and manage caregiver schedules daily using WellSky software, ensuring all shifts are covered and client care plans are perfectly matched.


Real-Time Problem Solving: Quickly respond to shift changes, last-minute cancellations, and caregiver call-offs to ensure uninterrupted client care.


Caregiver Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for caregivers, communicating schedule updates, confirming shift availability, and asisting with onboarding or check-ins.


Compliance & EVV: Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) in WellSky to track visits, ensuring compliance with Colorado state regulations.


Communication: Field incoming phone calls from clients, families, and staff, responding with empathy and professionalism.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home care scheduling or healthcare administration.


Software Skills: Hands-on, working knowledge of WellSky Personal Care/ClearCare software.


Organization: Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.


Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and confilct-resolution skills when managing client and staff concerns.
