You'll oversee inventory control, cycle counting programs, warehouse processes, reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading a team responsible for keeping operations running smoothly every day. From standardizing warehouse procedures to supporting future automation initiatives, you'll help position the organization for continued growth and long-term success.**WHAT YOU BRING*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred* 5-10 years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment* 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and developing employees* Strong experience with inventory management, stock control, receiving operations, material movement, and cycle counting programs* Proven ability to analyze data, run reports, monitor KPIs, and drive operational improvements* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills* Experience supporting financial accuracy through proper inventory transactions, controls, and reporting* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel* ERP experience preferred; SAP experience is helpful but not required* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills* Experience leading safety programs, compliance activities, training initiatives, and audit preparation* Lean manufacturing, operational excellence, APICS, or other supply chain certifications are a plus* Spanish language skills are preferred but not required**WHAT YOUโ€™LL GET**At Watkins Wellness, we believe that everyone should โ€˜Feel good.
