Wellness Studio information

What is a wellness studio?

A wellness studio is a facility that offers services and programs designed to improve overall health and well-being. These studios typically provide a variety of classes and treatments such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, massage therapy, and nutritional counseling. The goal is to support physical, mental, and emotional wellness in a holistic way. Wellness studios may also offer workshops, wellness coaching, and other resources to help clients achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a wellness studio manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Wellness Studio Manager, you need expertise in health and wellness practices, business operations, and customer service, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with booking and scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and wellness industry platforms is typically required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership, and the ability to motivate both staff and clients help set you apart. These skills are crucial for creating a positive studio environment, ensuring smooth operations, and driving client satisfaction and retention.

What are some typical challenges faced by professionals working in a wellness studio, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in a wellness studio often face challenges such as managing a diverse client base with varying wellness goals, adapting to a flexible schedule that may include early mornings or evenings, and staying updated with the latest wellness trends and certifications. Effective communication and strong organizational skills are key to handling these challenges. Building a supportive rapport with clients and collaborating closely with team members, such as nutritionists and fitness instructors, can foster a positive, client-focused environment.

Job description

RN — IV & NAD+ Clinician — Restore Hyper Wellness (Seminole/Clearwater)

If you chose nursing because you wanted to help people feel better — not because you wanted to manage a twelve-patient load under fluorescent lights — this is worth reading. At Restore Hyper Wellness, you'll spend your shifts doing exactly what you trained for: assessing clients, administering IV therapy and NAD+ protocols, and making confident clinical recommendations that actually move the needle on how someone feels. No emergency admissions. No six hours of charting. No patients who don't want to be there. Every person who walks through our door chose to come — and chose to invest in their health. This role is for someone who has already done the work of understanding why preventative wellness matters — not someone curious to find out. If you live the wellness lifestyle, believe in what IV therapy and NAD+ do at a biological level, and want a clinical environment where your expertise and your convictions are both put to use, we'd like to meet you. This is a part-time role rotating between our Seminole and Clearwater studios — clinical work that fits around your life, with a team that values your point of view and clients grateful for it.

Administer IV Drip Therapy and NAD+ protocols with confidence and clinical precision

  • Conduct wellness consultations and make personalized protocol recommendations based on each client's health history and goals — you have a clinical point of view and you share it
  • Educate clients on the clinical rationale behind their protocol — what each service does, why the combination matters, and what results to expect
  • Conduct clinical follow-ups to assess response, adjust protocols, and deepen each client's commitment to their wellness plan
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant clinical environment across both studios
  • Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a seamless experience from consultation through treatment

$34–$36/hr Part-time schedule rotating between Seminole and Clearwater Performance bonuses Complimentary access to core Restore services — Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and Compression Significant discounts on IV Drip Therapy, NAD+, and medical services — roughly $10,000 in annual service value for regular users A clinical environment where you have time to actually talk to your clients and make a real difference in how they feel

  • Active Florida RN license (required)
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • 2+ years of IV experience — a confident, skilled stick who can manage a busy floor without stress
  • Personal investment in preventative wellness and longevity medicine — you already use these therapies and believe in them, and it shows
  • Comfortable making confident, opinionated clinical recommendations — you listen, you assess, and you tell clients what you think they need, because that's what actually helps them
  • Consistent work history that reflects genuine commitment, not a pattern of trying new things
  • Availability to work some weekends and rotate between both studios
