As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Wellness Recovery & Counseling Centers, your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to client needs.
• Facilitating individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
• Participating in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

You will work primarily with adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving client outcomes by addressing their unique needs and helping them navigate recovery effectively.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• At least two years of clinical experience in counseling settings.
• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance use issues.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
