As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic client care and ensure the best outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest mental health research and techniques.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with clients who often have limited access to mental health resources, making your role vital in building rapport and trust to help them navigate their recovery journey.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Thorough understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse range of clients.

While not required, the following qualifications will enhance your application:

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies to document and manage client information efficiently.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver client-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition, we provide an extensive benefits package, which includes:
