Job Overview

Family Pet Hospital & 24hr Pet Emergency Centre is looking for a Registered Veterinary Technologist interested in joining our team. As an RVT with Family Pet Hospital, you will be able to provide both GP and emergency care, seeing patients through every life-stage and every accident or illness along the way.

In this role you will provide exceptional patient care, from general wellness to critical care and support of animals in urgent need. Family Pet Hospital provides an excellent opportunity to grow your knowledge, utilize your technologist skills, and make a lasting difference in the lives of animals throughout Southern Alberta.

Qualifications

  • Registered Veterinary Technologist in good-standing.
  • Ability to work overnight, weekend or evening shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to continued learning.

Family Pet Hospital & 24hr Pet Emergency Centre offers competitive salary- with overnight pay differential, comprehensive medical benefits, wellness spending, scrub allowance, RRSP matching program, CE allowance, and paid sick days.

Minimum starting wage is $27/hr, dependent on experience.
