Capital Electric is expanding the Pros Need Pros (PNP) Sales Program in the Savannah and Bluffton area and are looking for a PNP Account Manager to lead this sales effort. The purpose of the PNP Program is tostrengthen our relationships with small-to-medium sized contractors by providing them access to the Capital Electric services that will grow their business.
Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the PNP Program Manager, the Area Branch Counter Manager, Area Branch Managers, and Counter Sales Writers to identify and grow small-to-medium sized contractors who have the potential and motivation to grow their business.
  • Build a relationship with these customers by listening and responding to their needs, helping them set goals, and providing them direct access to Capital Electric resources that will contribute to their success.
  • Increase the year-over-year (YOY) Sales, Gross Margin $, and Gross Margin % generated by these customers.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of counter sales or related experience selling electrical products
  • Knowledgeable of electrical products features and benefits
  • Passionate about the electrical products industry and electrical distribution
  • Personable and able to talk with customers
  • Able to work within a team environment
  • Self-starter, flexible, and able to independently manage your time
  • Knowledge of Eclipse and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have an automobile and willing to travel between Area Branches
