About the Role
The JAAW Group LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead contract performance for our Civil Engineer and Acquisition Support Services team at Hurlburt Field. This is a key leadership role, serving as the driving force behind quality, compliance, and personnel readiness for the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron (1 SOCES), ensuring every deliverable, every hire, and every day of performance meets the standard this mission demands.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the contract's Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring employee performance, timelines, and deliverable quality meet contract standards.
  • Oversee staffing and readiness across all labor categories, ensuring personnel meet required experience, education, and clearance/access requirements before reporting for duty.
  • Manage contract transition-in activities, including onboarding, credentialing, and installation access processing.
  • Prepare and submit required government reporting, including Monthly Status Reports and internal management reports tracking labor hours, work locations, and task completion.
  • Coordinate corrective action for performance deficiencies and manage key personnel substitution processes in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all security, safety, and physical security requirements across contract personnel.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing personnel and performance on government services contracts.
  • Experience developing and administering Quality Control Plans.
  • Ability to obtain a position of trust (NACI/SF-85).
  • U.S. citizenship required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with contract transition-in on a DoD/DoW services contract.
  • Experience with CPARS and government performance reporting requirements.
