MUST BE WELL ORGANIZED and possess STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
AKA JOB TITLE: HARVEST PROJECT SPECIALIST
Description:
The Harvest Project Specialist is responsible for managing systems flow into harvest and coordinating of system testing in the field. The Project Specialist works with GEHC employees to plan and execute harvest processes.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
1. Contact & follow up with Field Engineers to facilitate system testing as part of system de-installation.
2. Pull Line of Sight (LOS) file for potential harvest systems.
3. Working closely with item integrity team to drive used part setup.
4. Maintain harvest master parts list and communicate changes to global harvest team.
5. Work with Harvest Project Leader to mine essential data such as Bill of Materials, drawings, and extraction results.
6. Be a liaison with the Asset Recovery team to align yield with system purchase price. Maintain Intelligent Blue Book (IBB) calculators.
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Required Qualifications:
1. At least 1 or 2 years experience in project management
2. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
3. Proficient in the soft skills necessary to be an effective project manager
4. Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects
5. Experience in MS Words, Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
1. PMI certification is a plus
2. Change management
3. Results driven
4. Problem resolution and creativity in solution development
