Job description

Salary Range:$90,000 - $95,000 + 40% commission on all training sessions and up to a $4k annual bonus based on top performance.

Location: Redwood City, CA. Exact location details will be shared as soon as they become available!
Work Hours: Monday-Friday. Schedules will fall within the facilities' hours of operation (7:00 AM-7:00 PM). Typical shifts include 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM, but schedule flexibility is required.

From fitness and aquatics to climbing, recovery, and specialty offerings, you'll activate every amenity with purpose by building a trusted network of instructors, coaches, and wellness providers who create exceptional experiences that inspire movement, foster connection, and strengthen community.

  • Service Blueprinting: Act as the architect for our wellness services, defining the goals, logistics, and "run-of-show" frameworks. You set the stage with such precision that your team can step in and deliver a seamless, high-impact experience every time.
  • Vendor Partnership Standards: Work hand-in-hand with on-site operators and local vendors to create a cohesive thriving hub. You'll manage the fine details of partner alignment, ensuring every collaborator is tuned in to our standards and contributes to our house proud atmosphere.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations, preferably within a large campus, commercial office, country club, or boutique wellness environment.
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training certification
  • Experience planning and executing events, including wellness fairs, charity events, sports leagues, and other community engagement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to support successful event execution.
  • Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments.
  • Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms).
  • Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.
