Job description

The Showroom Coordinators receive calls and visitors at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs them to their destination. They are responsible for answering basic inquiries, routing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing basic information to all callers.
They greet, direct and track customers that visit the dealership utilizing traffic monitoring processes. Enter data into prospect tracking system and run prospect reports for managers weekly. Direct customers to the appropriate person or inform salesperson that a customer is waiting. Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Answer incoming phone calls to the Sales Department and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Maintain a professional appearance. Treat all customers with respect and dignity.
Must have excellent customer service skills. Excellent computer and phone skills are essential.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service and telephone skills
  • Basic Computer Competency in a variety of programs including MS Office & database programs.
  • HS Graduation or equivalent.
