Job description

Part-time, 20 hours/week
Monday-Friday daytime hours
This position is responsible for work assigned by the Director of Provider Services:
  • Supports the Director of Provider Services with assigned projects and priorities.
  • May coordinate meetings, recruitment activities, and provider hiring communications.
  • May coordinate provider-related student learning experiences, including rotations and shadowing.
  • Supports provider review processes and other special projects as needed.

Education and Experience Required:
  • 5+ years experience in an administrative environment or working with management level staff
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience Preferred:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology

Employment is contingent on drug screening, health assessment and background check.
Benefits & Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $20.80-$35.95 initial pay based on relevant work experience and certification.
Our clinic environment offers primarily daytime, weekday schedules, helping employees maintain consistency in their daily routines. All employees scheduled 40-59 hours per pay period are eligible for the following benefits:
