We are hiring a Clinic Director (RN) to lead the operations, performance, sales, and clinical execution of one of our IV Nutrition locations. We are full functional health, not a drip bar. We strive to implement a "whole body approach" to wellness to optimize long-term health. We are looking for the person tired of the grind of a hospital and looking for a change to have predictability and work-life balance
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic, including client experience, revenue growth, membership sales, client retention, staff performance, and clinical quality. The Clinic Director serves as the leader of the business, ensuring operational excellence while creating an exceptional experience for every client.
This is a leadership-first role with full ownership of clinic success. You will be expected to drive results, develop your team, lead sales initiatives, retain clients, and ensure operational consistency while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.
What You'll Do
Clinic Leadership & Ownership
  • Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for all clinic operations
  • Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and performance standards
  • Ensure alignment with company goals, initiatives, and brand standards
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
  • Previous experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses preferred
