Location: Remote with travel; West Coast / Pacific Time Zone candidates preferred

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with strategic senior care and senior living clients, including skilled nursing, assisted living, long-term care, and multi-site senior living organizations. Ideally, this role will be filled by a candidate located in the West Coast or Pacific Time Zone to better support client coverage and engagement needs.Position Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager is a senior-level client leadership role responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value senior care and senior living client relationships. This individual serves as an executive-level point of accountability, ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving retention, operational excellence, and revenue growth across a specialized healthcare vertical.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced account leader with strong executive presence, strategic business acumen, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior care executives, operators, and multi-site healthcare leaders. The Enterprise Account Manager will partner closely with client leadership, DAS Health leadership, and internal cross-functional teams to strengthen partnerships, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities for long-term account growth.What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic advisor for DAS Health's largest and most complex senior care and senior living client relationships.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive leaders, operators, administrators, and key stakeholders across senior care environments.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align client business objectives with DAS Health's services and solutions.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and account governance meetings.
  • Partner with internal teams across operations, sales, service delivery, product, finance, and marketing to drive client success.
  • Identify and advance opportunities for account growth, expansion, and increased client engagement.
  • Lead renewals, contract strategy, pricing discussions, negotiations, and complex expansion opportunities.
  • Manage critical client escalations, proactively mitigate risk, and strengthen overall client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts, growth strategies, risk assessments, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity tracking.
  • Develop deep expertise in DAS Health's senior care and senior living solutions, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to serve as a consultative resource for clients and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of account management experience supporting enterprise-level organizations.
  • Prior or current healthcare industry experience, ideally within senior care, senior living, skilled nursing, assisted living, long-term care, or multi-site care organizations.
  • Demonstrated success retaining clients and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles, renewals, and account expansion strategies.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, reliable, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • West Coast or Pacific Time Zone location strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare IT, managed services, technology solutions, or consulting environments.
  • Experience leading executive business reviews, account governance meetings, and strategic account planning initiatives.
  • Experience working with senior care, senior living, skilled nursing, assisted living, long-term care, post-acute care, or multi-site healthcare organizations.
  • Experience managing complex client environments involving multiple stakeholders, business units, facilities, and executive-level decision makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, account forecasting, stakeholder mapping, or strategic opportunity tracking.
