• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and tailor effective treatment strategies accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions and deliver therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create and follow through on comprehensive treatment plans that promote optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay current on best practices and the latest developments in mental health care.

Your role will involve working closely with various patient demographics, including individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will also provide services to families and couples experiencing relationship difficulties, trauma, and substance use issues. Our commitment at Haña Wellness Clinic is to offer compassionate support to clients who might have limited access to traditional therapeutic services.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, particularly within outpatient settings.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in the practice of counseling.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies is preferred.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly valued.
• Previous work in community mental health settings or with underserved populations is a plus.

The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and the caseload you are able to manage.
