BOSTON MEDICAL WEIGHTLOSS AND WELLNESS

 

 

Clinic Manager – Medical Weight Loss & Wellness Clinic  -Braintree, MA

Position Overview- Full time.

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, growth, and overall performance of a medical weight loss and wellness clinic. This role ensures exceptional patient experience, efficient clinical workflows, and strong revenue performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and scheduling
  • Lead, train, and motivate front desk, medical assistants, and clinical staff
  • Maintain a high-end, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Patient Experience

  • Ensure a premium, concierge-level patient experience
  • Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor patient satisfaction, retention, and reviews
  • Support patient onboarding and membership programs

Revenue & Growth

  • Drive clinic revenue through:
    • Membership sales (GLP-1, IV therapy, HRT, Peptides, Red Light Therapy)
    • Retail product sales (supplements, wellness products)
  • Track KPIs: revenue, conversion rates, retention, and average ticket value
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and local outreach

Clinical Coordination

  • Work closely with providers (MD/NP/PA) to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Ensure proper documentation, charting, and compliance
  • Oversee inventory of medications and supplies (GLP-1s, IVs, peptides)
  • Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards

Financial Oversight

  • Manage daily financial reporting, deposits, and reconciliation
  • Monitor expenses and optimize profitability
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of clinic management or healthcare operations experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with sales, memberships, or revenue-driven environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred

  • Experience in:
    • Medical weight loss clinics and Injections
    • Med spa / aesthetics / IV therapy
    • Concierge or membership-based healthcare models
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and CRM tools. Zenoti EMR and GHL CRM.
