This remote role supports a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting tailored for youths aged 18 to 30. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zeiders Wellness Clinic, you will have the privilege of directly impacting your clients’ mental health journeys through a variety of therapeutic interventions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster a sense of community and help clients share their experiences, support one another, and learn collective coping strategies.
• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions where you will help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them to develop effective coping mechanisms and actionable plans.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with each client to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their needs, preferences, and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress and ensure continual improvement in their mental health outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and address complex case requirements.

The clients you will serve primarily include young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating diverse mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and transitional life issues. Our evidence-based programs are designed to meet each client's unique needs and promote healing through supportive, therapeutic relationships. By emphasizing individualized care, you will empower clients to move toward recovery and a renewed sense of purpose.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a valid Washington State Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. We value uniquely qualified candidates who bring diverse experiences and insights into the therapeutic environment.

While not mandatory, experience working with young adults in a counseling or therapeutic setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to mental health care will complement your ability to cater to our client population effectively.

Zeiders Wellness Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
