Wellness Associates often work closely with HR, benefits teams, and sometimes external wellness vendors to design and implement programs that support employee health. Collaboration may involve coordinating health screenings, planning wellness workshops, and communicating resources to staff. This cross-functional teamwork ensures that wellness programs are accessible, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
