These skills ensure effective coaching, client retention, and the achievement of individual wellness goals in a virtual environment.

Are you a socially conscious, dedicated individual who is committed to building a better future for children, families, and their communities? If so, join us as we support early childhood education programs across the country to create positive outcomes for the children and families served.
Every child deserves a champion. Be that champion with us.
At Acelero Learning Delaware, we're transforming early childhood education-and we're looking for passionate, dedicated educators to lead the way. As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll nurture and guide infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) during the most critical years of brain development, creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where every child can thrive
What You'll Do
As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will:
  • Create a warm, responsive classroom that promotes healthy growth, exploration, and secure attachments.
  • Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and language development.
  • Build strong family partnerships by conducting home visits, parent-teacher conferences, and helping families engage in their child's learning journey.
  • Support individualized learning, including children with special needs, by integrating Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) into daily activities.
  • Track and document progress using observations, anecdotal notes, and digital tools to tailor instruction to each child's needs.
  • Ensure health, safety, and wellness through daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and transitions.

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is:
  • Deeply committed to early childhood education and child development.
  • Caring, nurturing, and responsive to the needs of infants, toddlers, and families.
  • Flexible and collaborative, able to partner with co-teachers, families, and leadership.
  • Reflective and growth-minded, always seeking to improve outcomes for children.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus!

Minimum Qualifications
  • Infant/Toddler CDA, or an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent coursework with infant/toddler focus).
  • Pass a physical exam and background check.
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with infants and toddlers throughout the day.

Why You'll Love Working with Us
  • A meaningful mission that drives real change in the lives of children and families
  • A collaborative, inclusive team that values your growth and well-being

Robust benefits that support your total wellbeing, including:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with multiple plan options
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for health and dependent care
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match and immediate vesting
  • Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance
  • Up to $500/year in Professional Development Reimbursement
  • EAP with counseling and wellness support
  • Virtual wellness programs
  • Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, and Employee Discount Perks

If you're ready to grow alongside our children and become a vital part of a powerful teaching team, apply now to join us as a Early Head Start Teacher!
