What is a wellbeing professional?

Wellbeing professionals are individuals who support and promote physical, mental, and emotional health within organizations or communities. Their roles often include designing and implementing wellness programs, providing resources for stress management, offering guidance on healthy lifestyle choices, and fostering a positive work environment. They may work in various settings, such as schools, workplaces, or healthcare institutions, and collaborate with other professionals to address holistic wellbeing. The goal is to enhance overall quality of life and productivity by addressing factors that affect people’s health and happiness.
