  • Lead the planning and implementation of lifestyle, wellness, educational, social, and cultural programs at The Bailey.
  • Coordinate events, outings, resident groups, and community traditions.
  • Foster a welcoming, engaging community culture through strong resident relationships and visible daily presence.
  • Welcome new residents and encourage participation in community life.
  • Develop partnerships that connect residents to opportunities throughout Bridge Park and the greater community.

Friendship at Home Well-Being Programming
  • Work with Friendship at Home leadership to plan and implement lifestyle, wellness, educational, social, and cultural programs at The Bailey.
  • Develop relationships through conversations with members.
  • Help members identify goals, interests, and opportunities for growth and connection.
  • Connect members with services, programs, volunteer opportunities, and community resources.
  • Maintain regular outreach and ongoing support to promote engagement and quality of life.

Village Way & Community Partnerships
  • Promote Healthy Eating, Active Living, Learning & Discovery, and Purpose & Connection through programming and coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand opportunities for residents and members.
  • Gather feedback, monitor engagement, and continuously improve programs and services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Hospitality, Gerontology, Human Services, Health Promotion, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in senior living, lifestyle programming, community engagement, wellness coaching, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, event planning, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for helping older adults live connected, meaningful, and purpose-filled lives.
