Flex Well Therapeutics is seeking dedicated full-time Physical Therapists to join our outpatient team located in San Jose, California. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered therapeutic care to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or those managing chronic conditions. You will work in an onsite outpatient office, where a warm and collaborative environment fosters teamwork among healthcare professionals. Our clinic is designed with patient comfort and engagement in mind, featuring the latest technology to facilitate effective rehabilitation processes. The work hours are conveniently scheduled Monday through Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life environment.

As a Physical Therapist at Flex Well Therapeutics, you will:

• Manage the process of therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients collaboratively with the physician and care team, ensuring compliance with individualized treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments, playing an active role in the development and implementation of care plans that drive patient engagement and goal achievement.
• Deliver and oversee the majority of patient therapy sessions, providing hands-on treatment and support throughout the continuum of care to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities and techniques, adhering to legal and ethical standards within your scope of practice.
• Provide thorough education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers regarding exercises, therapeutic appliances, and prosthetic devices essential for continued care outside of sessions.
• Prioritize your caseload effectively, determining daily staffing requirements, and coordinating treatment assignments to ensure efficient patient flow.

Our primary focus is on both adult and pediatric patients who require specialized care in orthopedic rehabilitation. You will engage with patients recovering from a wide variety of conditions, from sports injuries to post-surgical rehabilitation, ensuring the utmost attention is given to their unique recovery goals. Your role will be integral in supporting patients through their journey, from initial assessment through discharge.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A valid and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for new graduates ready to launch their careers.

While we welcome new practitioners, any specialized experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports therapy, or pediatric therapy will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Flex Well Therapeutics offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
