About the role:

Step into a high-impact well engineering opportunity where you’ll help bring well programs to life. As a Well Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, planning and delivering drilling activities across a large-scale upstream project. Working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to safe, efficient and innovative well delivery—while building your technical depth and influencing how we continuously improve.

• Gain exposure to well design, planning and execution.
• Field time required to support drilling operations.

What will you bring?

• A degree in Engineering and experience in drilling engineering (typically 3+ years).
• A strong safety mindset with the ability to influence and promote positive HSE behaviours.
• Experience designing wells, developing operational programs and supporting drilling execution.
• The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in reporting and technical documentation.
